I had the pleasure of being with Spectre Property Management as a tenant for two years. My main contact was Kira and I also had the chance to meet Tiana who assisted me in various matters as well. Kira was the first agent I had met who had practical expectations, who was incredibly fair and understanding, and very much attentive to my needs. She always promoted pet friendly homes and I feel that is such a rare commodity in this Auckland property market. More agents need to be like her and understand that our pets are our families! She worked tirelessly to find me a new home by the end of my last tenancy, and although I did not manage to find a fit, I still consider her one the best agents (if not the best!), I have had the pleasure of being a tenant under. She fought for my rights and cared about my comfort. She also shared so many great contacts for cleaning, and different helpful company options before I moved out. Both her and Tiana were lovely.
