Kristina is the best in the market, she knows her legal terms, her real estate terms, things out to the box and she will come back to you with an answer. TL;DR, just book a meeting immediately and read all this later: I got all of the top agents in West Auckland to pitch me like they were doing job interviews. I wanted to see them all sweat before getting thirty plus grand off me... The flashy robots all responded quickly via phone to schedule a first meeting to introduce themselves, and then aimed to set another meeting a few days later for the appraisal meeting.
