Kira and the team have looked after my rental property for nearly 4 years and the service has been exceptional. They have sourced great tenants, there has been no problem i.e. nil rent arrears and the property has always been left clean and tidy. There has only been two sets of tenants in the nearly 4 years the property has been tenanted. Kira has also provided trades people when maintenance work has been required and has conducted the required regular inspections.
