I have been dealing with Kira / Spectre Property management for many years now and they have exceeded my expectation. Kira is well versed in the complex legislative property market, well connected with trades people, extremely professional in her dealings both with landlord as well as with tenants. I had the pleasure of being with Spectre Property Management as a tenant for two years. My main contact was Kira and I also had the chance to meet Tiana who assisted me in various matters as well. Kira was the first agent I had met who had practical expectations, who was incredibly fair and understanding, and very much attentive to my needs. She always promoted pet friendly homes and I feel that is such a rare commodity in this Auckland property market. More agents need to be like her and understand that our pets are our families! She worked tirelessly to find me a new home by the end of my last tenancy, and although I did not manage to find a fit, I still consider her one the best agents (if not the best!), I have had the pleasure of being a tenant under. She fought for my rights and cared about my comfort. She also shared so many great contacts for cleaning, and different helpful company options before I moved out. Both her and Tiana were lovely.
