I wish to place on record my deepest appreciation for the people in my network whom I consider gifts from the God of this Universe. One of these gifts is Kira Erlikman, with whom I began working in June 2023 when I decided to rent out my property at 1/335 Triangle Road, Massey, after moving to Dargaville in July 2023. Kira was introduced to me by a friend, and she was quick to make contact. From the moment she took on the role of my property manager, I found her extremely diligent in ensuring that the rental arrangement worked well for both parties – the landlord and the tenant. At one point in 2023, she saved me a significant cost relating to an issue at the property. Although the exact details escape me now, she advised that the matter was claimable under my insurance, and thanks to her guidance, the insurer covered the cost. Kira has been an outstanding property manager who understands the complexities of rental arrangements. Through this letter, I wish to formally acknowledge her professionalism, integrity, and commitment. Kira and the team have looked after my rental property for nearly 4 years and the service has been exceptional. They have sourced great tenants, there has been no problem i.e. nil rent arrears and the property has always been left clean and tidy. There has only been two sets of tenants in the nearly 4 years the property has been tenanted. Kira has also provided trades people when maintenance work has been required and has conducted the required regular inspections.
