She promised and she delivered I met Kristina as my local agent in Massey and asked her to come to appraise my home, along with various other agents. My family decided to use another agent to list my property with, even though I wanted to use Kristina. She took the news with professionalism and said that she would still love to sell my house if possible. When I had an offer on the property come through, I was surprised to see - it was Kristina who was selling my home! She carried through on her promise. She made the process easy and straight-forward and I'm so happy she still worked hard where others would have given up. Best on the market If you are looking for the best, then look no further. Kristina is the best in the market, she knows her legal terms, her real estate terms, things out to the box and she will come back to you with an answer. Kristina never pushed my husband an I into a sale, she would say think about it or sleep on it. She was always on time and she worked around your calendar. I am still amazed at what she does and the way she puts it al together. I would recommend Kristina to anyone that is looking at selling or buying. She is a wealth of knowledge and has amazing experience.

SUPERSTAR Kristina, Kristina, Kristina! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when it came to house hunting, so our MA highly recommend Kristina’s services. Straight away, she listened to our needs and wants in a property, gathered a few property listings together that suited, set up our timeline for the day and we were away with Kristina, looking at properties. Kristina literally would walk with us into a home, tell us what we need to be looking at and what questions we should be asking. TL;DR, just book a meeting immediately and read all this later: I got all of the top agents in West Auckland to pitch me like they were doing job interviews. I wanted to see them all sweat before getting thirty plus grand off me... The flashy robots all responded quickly via phone to schedule a first meeting to introduce themselves, and then aimed to set another meeting a few days later for the appraisal meeting. Kristina responded immediately and provided me with the full appraisal kit at our first meeting, less than a day after I had contacted her. This set her apart immediately, but after then considering that I would be lumped with co-agents if I went with any of the other big "team" players I decided to go with Kristina, with the personal touch and attention of an excellent agent. As the executor of my late nephews estate I was keen to carry the house sale quickly but efficiently with the maximum return for his benefactors. I initially consulted 2 real estate agents to provide me with sound marketing advice. Kristina managed to pull together a written report within a couple of days and was ready to present this to me at our first meeting. The other agent had done some research but wanted another meeting to present her report. This, plus Kristina's unconventional personality made her my choice.
